This invention provides an all-solid-state secondary lithium battery comprising a layered oxide film of the general formula: (V2O5)x.(A)y.zH2O as a positive electrode active material (1), lithium or its alloy as a negative electrode active material (2), and a compound represented by the formula: {[N=P(E)2].(LiX)a}b as an electrolyte (3), wherein x+y=1, y=0.03-0.5, and z=0.1-1.6; A is at least one oxide selected from among GeO2, SiO2, B2O3, MoO3, WO3, Nb2O5, TeO2, Bi2O3, Cr3O8, and ZrO2; [N=P(E)2] represents an oligoethyleneoxy polyphosphazene compound having sulfone groups or a mixture of such compounds; X represents an anion; a is a real number having a value ranging from about 0.001 to about 4, and b is an integer having a value in the following range: 3
