FIBER CONTROLLING APPARATUS IN OPEN END SPINNING FRAME

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of bending of fibers and winding of the fibers around a rotor, by means of air discharging holes provided at specific positions in a rotor. CONSTITUTION:Air discharging holes 3 passing from the bottom (2a) of a rotor 2 through the rotor 2 to the outer sidewall are provided to locate the centers (02) of the air discharging holes 3 opening to the bottom (2a) at the outer position from the middle points (03) between the outermost part (2c) of a fiber collecting wall (2b) of the rotor 2 and the rotating shaft (01) of the rotor 2. The projecting lines of the center lines (l-l) of the air discharging holes 3 passing through the rotor 2 on the botton (2a) are preferably provided at a titling angle in the range of 20-60 deg. to the radial direction (R) in the positive or negative direction.
