A corrosion-inhibiting system consisting of at least one representative which is selected from (a) sodium fluorophosphate, (b) a water-soluble salt of at least one phosphonic acid derivative of the general formula RnR1N(CH2PO3H2)2-n in which R and R1 are selected, independently of each other, from alkyl, aminoalkyl and hydroxyalkyl, and n denotes 0 or 1, can be used together with defrosting materials.
