This element is of the type comprising a rod 2 intended to be received in a drilling made in the concrete and a linking part 3 which is formed integrally with the rod 2 and serves for linking to the object to be fixed. According to the invention, the rod 2 is essentially tubular with a C-shaped cross-section and is formed of steel endowed with elasticity. The hole drilled in the concrete has a diameter which is slightly smaller than the rod 2 in the relaxed state. The element is pushed into the drilling via its rod 2 with the aid of a hammer. The clamping produced by the compression of the rod ensures the fixing. A hole 5 in the linking part 3 serves to attach the object. The invention is applicable in particular to hanging an acoustic ceiling and it is advantageous wherever the production of a great number of fixing points in concrete is involved. <IMAGE>
