<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous diagnosis such as failure to find with visual inspection as well as to enhance efficiency of diagnostic operation by a method wherein based on the results of comparing input two-dimensional polar coordinate processed data with standard data, interpretation as regards cardiac disease is automatically done according to production rules. CONSTITUTION:An inference unit 7 compares two dimensional polar coordinate processed data related to cardiac muscle image data at the time of load and delay with standard data related to a normal person stored in a cardiac muscle database 6, and based on the comparison results, interpretation as to existence of cardiac disease, type and degree of the disease is automatically carried out according to production rules stored in the cardiac muscle database 6. This can improve efficiency of diagnosis as well as prevents erroneous diagnosis due to failure to find with visual inspection or the like.</p> |
