<p>PURPOSE:To secure the revolution operation for renewing the surface of an assorting roller by forming a paper feeding device into a pulling-out type paper feeding unit and installing a mechanism for slightly revolving the assorting roller, accompanied with pulling-out and insertion of the paper feeding unit. CONSTITUTION:A paper feeding device consists of a paper feeding unit 2 which necessitates pulling-out from a constant position of a recording device when paper is supplied onto a tray 3. A unidirectional clutch 19 which has an action part 1a on the recording device 1 side and permits the revolution only in the reverse feeding direction of an assorting roller 8 on the paper feeding unit 2 side is installed, and transmission members 21 and 22 which move in reciprocation between the position pushed by the action part 1a and the position urged by a spring 23, accompanied with the pulling-out of the paper feeding unit 2 from the constant position of the recording device and the insertion into the pertinent constant position and slightly revolves the assorting roller 8 in the counter feeding direction, engaged with the unidirectional clutch 19, are installed.</p> |
