PURPOSE:To measure the utilizing factor of an on-line by accumulating timewise length of a data signal, and measuring the closing state of a relay. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not an on-line signal is a data signal is discriminated, then the signal is a data signal, the timewise length of the signal is measured. The measured timewise length is added and accumulated sequentially in a measuring storage means. The relay means closes a relay in response to the stored time length. A traffic counter displays digitally the utilizing factor of a transmission line on a recording paper sheet by measuring the state of the relay. |
