<p>PURPOSE:To realize the leveling of a part feeding and work load by estimating a work load on each product, inputting to a production instructing device the load value and the significance of the leveling process by stage and calculating the deviation value from a target value, in deciding a production order. CONSTITUTION:A production instructing device 1 is composed of a computer 2, keyboard 3, display 4, product information file 5 and production instructing list(printer) 6. The computer 2 is composed of a product information input part 2a, production order deciding part 2b and production instructing par 2c. The product information input part 2a of the computer 2 has the function storing the individual product information input via the keyboard 3 in the product information file 5. The production order deciding part 2b has the function reading the load value of each product from the file 5 and finding the production order of a product so as to approach to the load value accumulating totals target based on the index thereof. The production instruction part 2c stores the decided production order in the file 5 and also outputs to the display 4, printer 6, etc.</p> |
