<p>PURPOSE:To perform automatically measurement by a calibration curve method or standard addition method even when the quantity of a sample to be analyzed is as small as 0.5ml, by using a simple improvement method obtained by only adding a sample reservoir and an automatic opening and closing valve to a conventional automatic atomic absorptiometric analyzing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Each sucking action of a sample solution sucked by probes 3, 4 in an automatic sampling apparatus 1 is carried out in every prescribed time at a sucking cycle of (air sample solution air washing water air). When the required time in which the sample solution is sucked by the probes 3, 4 at first and the whole quantity of the sample is introduced perfectly into a storing part 19c of a sample reservoir 19 after passing through the system is elapsed, a relay actuator 23 is operated by a microcomputer 22 and an automatic opening and closing valve 20 is opened for a fixed time. Hereby, a fixed volume of the sample solution stored in the reservoir 19 is introduced into an atomizing part of the analyzing apparatus at a time by the atomizing force of a burner of the atomic absorptiometric analyzing apparatus 18 through a valve 20, a flow passage 21 and a three-way cock 17. The peak indicating value measured by the apparatus 18 is sent to the microcomputer 22 and the data are processed here.</p> |
