PURPOSE:To make mailing work automatic and efficient by executing the addition processing of customer data and the output control and enclosing/sealing processing of a communication message by an electronic computer system. CONSTITUTION:A medium 1 recording customer data, a communication message, etc., is read out or received by an input device 21 and stored in a temporary file as input information. The input information stored in the temporary file is converted into an inner code of the electronic computer system 2 by a code converter 22, data working is executed by an edition output device 23 and a destination, the communication message, etc., are printed out on paper 3. The printed paper 3 is cut out, enclosed and sealed by an enclosing/sealing device 4 to complete a postal matter. Since the electronic computer system 2 is adopted for a mailing system, postal matters can be automatically and efficiently formed in a continued flow. |
