The method is used in nephrology in haemodialysis. It iseasily performed and is haemodynamically sound and it supplies thenecessary discharge and spares the mental state of the patient.The method is performed by a single cutaneous section in thedistal part of the forearm having a length of 4-5 cm being at adistance of 6-7 cm from the clavicular articulation.
