PURPOSE:To contrive to enable the automatic re-ignition only when the unexpected extinguishment is confirmed merely as a temporary occasion by a method wherein the re-ignition is made automatically only when the definite conditions is satisfied after safety control operation. CONSTITUTION:A burner 1 is ignited and starting operation thereof is performed by a timer for checking a burning continuous time. In case that an extinguishment switch button 6 is not made ON operation, when the burner 1 is extinguished by the automatic closing of a safety shut-off valve Vs caused by some reason, a time T from igniting to extinguishment is measured by the timer, then the time T is judged by comparing with the preset time T0. In case of T>=T0, the extinguishment is judged to be caused by a temporary reason, then the timer is reset and re-ignited. In case of T<T0, the extinguishment is judged to be real extinguishment, then an alarm buzzer 8 is operated. |
