PURPOSE:To set the surface curve form of a core for seat so as to be suited for the body shape of individual person by injecting a mixture of fluid filler and a hardening agent into each sack made of a flexible material, applying a load of a human body or a model thereof to this sack, and fixing deformed shape of the sack. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a fluid filler 10 and a hardening agent or catalyst to promote hardening reaction of the filler is put in each sack 5 and installed on the front side of a support 1. Before hardening reaction of the filler 10 in these sacks 5 is completed, either a person to sit shall sit directly on the sacks 5, or one of the models 12 of human body, which is best simulated to the body shape of this person, is placed on the front side of the sacks 5, and a load corresponding to the weight of the person is applied and held for a specified period of time. When the fluid filler 10 in the sacks 5 hardens, surface curve shape of each sack 5 can be fixed in the surface shape best simulated to the curves of the hip and back of the person concerned, and a core 4 for seat will be accomplished. A surface cushion 3 is extended on the front side of the core 4 for seat to complete fabrication of a seating construction. |
