PURPOSE:To make a vibrator, which has two piezoelectric elements for detection and one piezoelectric element for driving, drive itself efficiently by connecting a resistor between two terminals of the oscillation circuit and connecting the input side of an amplifier to an intermediate point of the resistor. CONSTITUTION:The two input terminals of the oscillation circuit are connected to the two piezoelectric elements for detection of the vibrator of, for example, a vibration gyro, the output terminal of the oscillation circuit is connected to the piezoelectric element for driving of the vibrator, and the outputs of the two piezoelectric elements for detection are synthesized and applied to the piezoelectric element for driving. At this time, the connection point between the input side of the amplifier of the oscillator and the intermediate point of the resistor is adjusted to correct a voltage error and a phase difference generated between the outputs of the two piezoelectric elements for detection. In concrete, the oscillation circuit 30 as a feedback loop for making the vibration gyro 10 drive itself is connected between the piezoelectric elements 14b and 14c for detection and the piezoelectric element 14a for driving. Further, the fixed terminals 32a and 32b of a variable resistor 32 are connected to the electrode 20b of the element 14b and the electrode 20c of the element 14c respectively. |
