摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of sectional dimension of each wire and bar by making a looping device into the multistage configuration of up and down plural stages corresponding to each of plural wires and bars and setting mutually the passing route of each wire and bar at the approximately same length. CONSTITUTION:By a repeater 11, a looping device 14 is made into the multistage of an upper looping device 14A and a lower looping device 14B. Thus the loop of each wire and bar 13A, 13B doesn's interfere entirely and the passing route of each wire and bar 13A, 13B can be set mutually at the approximately same length. Then, the loop quantity of each wire and bar 13A, 13B can be controlled respectively based on its passing route. Therefore, the passing route of each wire and bar 13A, 13B can be always controlled appropriately. Simultaneously, the rolling bite timing of each wire and bar 13A, 13B at multiple rolling can be made in the same. Since the rolling load is always approximately constant by rolling with the same number, the difference of the deflection of roll 15 is prevented. As a result, the dimensional accuracy of the section is improved over the entire length of products and the yield is improved.
