Input response control coefficients which are weighted, for example, a set point tolerance may not be severe. Set point control is very severe or on the basis of a plurality of intermediate control response coefficients a temperature zone is set at a set point, further a pressure zone is provided and on the basis of a pressure feedback signal from a sensor 26, a heater S is controlled through a proportional controller 44. As the result, operating number of a motor 30 is lessened to reduce mechanical wear of the heater S.
