The invention relates to a hot runner for a plastics machine, in which there is arranged in a hot runner element 7 an insert element 8, by which the plasticised material can be fed through material conducting bores 14 to nozzles 11. The insert 8 is provided with heating elements 13. For distribution of the material stream and to allow the nozzles to be arranged at a distance, at the outlet region of the material conducting bores 14 there is arranged a manifold element 30, which is provided with a passage 31, through which the polymer material is fed to the nozzles 11. <IMAGE>
