PURPOSE:To prevent the breeding of bacteria, facilitate the removal of dust as well as the prevention of oxidizing and prevent the deterioration of refrigerating effect by a method wherein the title device is constituted so that a freezer is provided in a freezing chamber and inert gas is injected into the freezing chamber to discharge air in the chamber from a discharging port and regulate a pressure in the freezing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A freezing chamber A is constituted so that the chamber A is provided with a cooling device B as well as a discharging port 4 for discharging gas in the freezing chamber A and inert gas or the like is injected into the freezing chamber A to discharge air in the freezing chamber A through the discharging port while a pressure regulating mechanism 8, regulating a pressure in the freezing chamber A, is provided. As a result, air in the freezing chamber A is replaced with the inert gas and the adhesion of dust or the breeding of bacteria may be prevented by discharging the contaminated air in the freezing chamber A. On the other hand, a pressure in the freezing chamber A is retained so as to be higher than an atmospheric pressure by a pressure regulating mechanism 8 after discharging the contaminated air in the chamber A whereby the inflow of air into the chamber A may be prevented. |
