The invention is based on the object of developing the connecting elements which are required for mechanical and electrical connection of an electrical apparatus to an electrical power supply block, in such a manner that these connecting elements are protected as far as possible when the electrical power supply block has been separated from the electrical apparatus, and in such a manner that the mechanical connecting elements can be replaced without any difficulties. The object is achieved in that two latches (23, 24) are mounted in the form of rockers and replaceably on two opposite sides (20, 21) of the electrical power supply block (11). The latches have a latching tab (25, 26) in one end region. Spring elements (43, 44) engage on the other end region of the latches and pivot the latches in such a manner that their latching tabs latch into latching grooves (78, 79) on the electrical apparatus.
