<p>The conveyor has a moving body (1), a plurality of rotary shafts (4) rotatably mounted on the moving body (1) so as to extend horizontally and transversely of the direction of travel, tapered rollers (5) and pallet feed rollers (6) fixedly mounted on the rotary shafts (4), and rails (7) laid under the path of the tapered rollers (5) to support them. Pallets (8) are supported by the pallet feed rollers (6). The travel speed of the pallets (8) can be changed by changing the position of the rails along the axis of the tapered rollers (5). There may be provided rail-missing areas (21) so that the pallets can be stopped in this area.</p> |
