PURPOSE: A processing method for hot pepper powder provides high quality hot pepper powder without loss of specific hot taste, moisture, oiliness and color because of impact of high density and hot vortex air. CONSTITUTION: A processing method for hot pepper powder is characterized by the steps of: inputting selected material hot pepper with the rotation ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 3 in roller; making material hot pepper of thin sheet-shaped by passing 1-2 rotation; crushing in jet stream type grinder or pin crasher grinder by first passage; and manufacturing by collecting in collector and by selecting with the range of 200mesh in discriminator. |
