PURPOSE: A method for forming a wireless link in a cradle state of a wireless telephone with a diffused spectrum form is provided to form the wireless link, by using PN codes for emergency use, UW codes for emergency code, and channels for emergency use. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a wireless link in a cradle state of a wireless telephone with a diffused spectrum form comprises the steps of: putting a body(20) and a handset(10) into a cradle state; transmitting PN codes(PN1-PN10), UW codes(UW1-UW10), and channel information to the handset(10), and forming a wireless link by the body(20); and forming the wireless link by using a preset and predetermined PN code(PNe) for emergency use, UW code(UWe) for emergency use, and channel(CHe) for emergency use by the body(20) and the handset(10), when the wireless link is not formed caused by errors in a transmitting/receiving process. |
