PURPOSE: A method for removing burr from a metal press cut workpiece is provided to promote productivity and decrease manufacturing cost by adding a burr removing process in the press cutting of a metal workpiece thereby providing the metal workpiece having precise and smooth cut lines. CONSTITUTION: A method for removing burr from a metal press cut workpiece includes a first cutting process for cutting inside and outside of a metal plate(1) with press(C), bending process for bending the cut part(D), and a second separating and cutting process for cutting the completed product(E), wherein after first cutting of the workpiece(3), the burr(3') of the workpiece(3) is bended by a press(4) formed in the same shape with the outside of the metal workpiece(3) or the press molding(5) which is formed in a complementary shape and size to the outside of the workpiece(3) and has a curved portions is forced to the burr(3') and compresses the burr(3'), thereby the burr(3') is compressed and deformed to be a smoothly curved surface.
