PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change or delete constitution information for managing the equipment on a network. SOLUTION: When connection notification is transmitted from each node 230-232 and 240-246, a network constitution managing device 210 records the final connecting date of the node as a node operating situation. Also, the network constitution managing device 210 refers to the node operating situation according to a prescribed schedule, and when the final connecting date of the node is prior to the calculated notification required date, the network constitution managing device 210 recognizes the node as the node moved/cut from the network, and informs a monitoring terminal 220. The monitoring terminal 220 displays a message about any unconnected node as a message for informing a network manager so that the constitution information of the unconnected node can be deleted by a network manager, or automatically deleted.
