PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of grease between the rolling face of an inner ring or an outer ring and a rolling element in grease lubrication so as to make a bearing long in service life by a method wherein a grease holding space is provided on both the sides of the bearing, and grease is filled into a space inside the bearing. CONSTITUTION:Grease runoff preventing non-contact seal sections 35, 36, and 37 are provided to both sides of rolling bearings 19 and 20, and grease holding spaces 31, 32, 33 and 34 are constituted by the non-contact seal sections. Grease is filled into the above spaces and spaces in side the bearings up to 100% or so. The non-contact seal sections 35, 36, 37 and 38 function at a non-contact gasp of 0.2mm or so taking advantage of the high speed rotation of a shaft 26. Lithium grease, sodium grease, or the like is employed. By this setup, grease can be constantly supplied into the space inside a bearing, so that the bearing can be improved in stability and made very long in service life. |
