PRODUCTION OF POLYETHYLENIC RESIN FOAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently obtain the subject foam socially acceptable in natural environmental protection by using a mixed system of monochlorodifluoromethane with hardly any ability to destroy ozonosphere and a halogenated hydrocarbon. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam obtained by using a mixture of 10-90mol% monochlorodifluoromethane with 90-10mol% halogenated hydrocarbon and/or aliphatic hydrocarbon having -15 to 30 deg.C boiling point under atmospheric pressure and <=30kg/cm<2>.abs saturated vapor pressure at 100 deg.C as a foaming agent and a higher fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol as a dimensional stabilizer in an amount of 0.1-3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. resin, adding the above-mentioned foaming agent and dimensional stabilizer to a polyethylenic resin and extruding the resultant mixture in a molten state through an extruder.
