<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the wall material of the bath unit with light weight and excellent appearance by a method in which the transparent surface resin placed on one end of the surface of a mold is extended by pressing a transferring film, and a transparent resin layer, an opaque resin layer and a resin-reinforcing layer are laminated on the surface resin onto which pattern has been transferred, and then the whole material is released from the mold. CONSTITUTION:The block of uncured transparent surface resin 3 is placed on one end of the mold 1 coated with mold release agent 2, and the end of patterned surface 4 of a transferring film 6 in which one surface of a base film is patterned 4 with the ink soluble in the surface resin 3, is pressed against the surface resin 3. Next, while the surface resin 3 is extended by pressing the transferring film 6 with a roller 7, it is simultaneously polymelized. After the curing of the surface resin 3, the base film 5 is separated, and the pattern 4 is transferred. A transparent or semitransparent resin layer 8 is laminated on the surface resin 3, and then a colored opaque resin layer 9 is laminated thereon, and further after resin reinforcing layers 10, 11 have been laminated thereon, said laminated layers are released from the mold 1, whereby the wall material of the high class-bath unit may be obtained.</p> |
