<p>PURPOSE:To promote reliability and safety by housing a movable electrode in a shaft hole of an insulating bushing, bringing a contact section of the movable electrode into contact with a bus, mounting a control lever to a handle opposed to the contact section, and controlling the movable electrode. CONSTITUTION:In an unused time when a voltage is not impressed, a movable electrode 23 slides in the direction far from a bus 6 in a shaft hole 20b of an insulating bushing 20, the tip of the shaft hole 20b of the insulating bushing 20 is blocked with the contact section 23b, and it stands still in such a state that a handle section 23c is just exposed to the outside from the shaft hole 20b. Thus, a control lever 24 loaded to the handle section 23c rotates about 90 deg., and the connecting point 24a is screwed to a ground seat 25 provided to a fixed metal fitting 21 to be fixed to the external wall 1 of an equipment. Accordingly, the control lever 24 is surely fixed, and there is no fear of mistakenly charged failure and the like.</p> |
