<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize the apparatus by forming a discharge port in the upper part of the discharge pipe which is underwater, and providing valve-floats in the vicinity of the discharge port. CONSTITUTION:By opening a valve 29, the air in the valve-floats 20 is discharged, so that the valve-floats 20 are submerged by own-weight and the discharge port 14 is opened. Then, the supernatant clear water flows into the discharge port 14 through a clearance 18 so that the supernatant clear water is discharged. By closing the valve 29 and opening a valve 31, air is supplied into the valve-floats 20 from an air-source so that the valve floats 20 are floated by buoyancy, and the port 14 is closed to stop discharging the supernatant clear water. By this method, the apparatus is miniaturized.</p> |
