PURPOSE:To prevent exudation of a foam material from a vent hole by discharging the gas within a mold cavity via an opened vent hole, and then supplying the pressure within accumulation means to the valve closing side by shift- operating a main changeover valve, and thus making the vent hole air tight. CONSTITUTION:Injection of a foam material to a lower mold 3 and each mold clamping of an upper and lower mold are carried out subsequently, and then, as sufficient discharge of residual air within a mold cavity and reactive generation gas are performed, one mechanical changeover valve 10 is shifted by a dog to the running path of a carriage 1, so that closing of the valve is brought about on the basis of supplying pressure to the head side chamber of a air cylinder 7. Thus, through sufficient discharge within a cavity, a foam molding can be molded as expected without starved wall thickness and other molding defects. |
