<p>Rear entry ski boot has foot securing device operated from outside the boot. The devices has a front quarter (2) and rear quarter (3) which are both pivoted to a shell. The adjustment is retained when the user opens the boot to withdraw the foot. A traction element is provided and connected to at least point to the rear quarter. The tension of the traction element is set by a knob (9) at the rear of the boot. The traction element embraces the heel (5) and the instep region (19) of the skier's foot.</p> |
