PURPOSE: To remove the dead point by cogging torque by fixing and providing a single screw at a position, which is separated at a constant ratio with respect to the width of a magnetic pole in the respective directions, when the rotating direction of the rotor is in the counterclockwise direction or in the clockwise direction from a position detecting element, which is arranged and fixed at the lower side of the effective coil part of an electric coil. CONSTITUTION: A position-detecting element 14 is arranged and fixed at the lower surface of the effective coil part of an armature coil 16. An inserting position Q1 of a screw 11 becomes the position point when, e.g. the rotating direction of a rotor body 21 is in the clockwise direction from the position- detecting element 14. When the rotating direction of the rotor body 21 is in the counterclockwise direction, a point P1 becomes the setting position point of the screw 11. Furthermore, the positions of position points Q1-Q4 and P2-P4 indicate the positions where the single screw 11 is inserted, respectively, and obtained by the magnetic-pole width of 1/5±2nπ/N (where n is the positive number including O, and N is the number of magnetic poles). Thus, the dead point by cogging can be removed. |
