PURPOSE:To stably print with high quality, by a method wherein an emulsion is broken by supplying water and/or an alcohol to an ink distributing roller part, in planographic printing using an emulsion ink. CONSTITUTION:In a planographic printing method of the rotary printing system, sheet printing system or the like wherein an ink is sequentially transferred from an ink fountain to the ink distributing roller, a form roller and a planographic printing plate, water or an alcohol such as ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol is supplied singly or in combination from one or a plurality of spray nozzles to the distributing roller 1. The quantity of the liquid thus supplied may be about several cc-100cc at a time in the case of intermittent supply and may be about 1- several tens cc per second in the case of continuous supply. The composition of the emulsion ink used is such that the weight ratio of oily components to aqueous components is 80-45/20-55, preferably 60-50/40-50. |
