PURPOSE:To improve a dyeing density, a dyeing speed, and image durability by compounding one or more thermoplastic resins and a compound having one or more urethane or urea bonds in each molecule and a molecular weight less than 2000 in specific amounts. CONSTITUTION:A dyeing resin composition for forming a sublimable transfer image-receiving material is prepared by compounding at least one or more thermoplastic resins (a) and a compound (b) having one or more urethane or/and urea bonds in each molecule and a molecular weight less than 2000 in a weight ratio shown by a formula I. As the thermoplastic resin (a) as a dye accepting resin, polyester resin, various types of modified polyester resins, and polyurethane resins are preferable. The aforesaid compound (b) preferably has a molecular weight of 1000 or less and more preferably has a molecular weight of 1000 or less, crystallizability, and a melting point of 60 - 150 deg.C. |
