PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of an abnormal level caused at an output stage to other functions and to obtain a compact output circuit by supplying a cut-off current to a fuse element via a memory signal and at the same time fixing the output level of the output stage at a prescribed potential. CONSTITUTION:When the abnormality of the output level of an output stage is detected by a monitor circuit 8, an abnormality detecting signal is outputted and stored in a memory circuit. A switching element 12 is actuated with the memory signal, and a cut-off current flows to a fuse element 6 connected to the output stage. Thus the element 6 is cut. Then the output level is fixed at a prescribed potential of the fail-safe side with the least destruction, and a controlled system is protected. |
