Pb and a glass component contg. Si or B. CONSTITUTION:A porcelain compsn. having a high permittivity and suitable for a laminated ceramic capacitor, etc., used under severe conditions is obtd. by incorporating a BaTiO3-based constituent component, a constituent component based on a perovskite compd. contg. Pb as a constituent element, e.g. Pb(Zn1/3 Nb2/3)O3 and a glass component contg. at least one of Si and B, e.g. silicate glass or borosilicate glass. |
