PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically enable access to a communication system optionally by providing a constitution, where a control means which selects and uses one of plural radio communication means is set in a waiting state via a means, capable of fast communication and a means for enabling and disabling fast communication, when the possibility of fast mobile communication is decided or not decided respectively, after a power supply is applied. SOLUTION: A CPU 3 decides that a communication system proper to the fast mobile communication should be selected, when a detection signal is inputted from a detection part 8 to show that a car battery is connected via an interface (I/O) 7. At the same time, the CPU 3 also decides whether the communication is being carried out. If no communication is carried out, a waiting state is set at a 2nd radio communication part 2. Then the communication is carried out via the part 2, if a calling instruction is given from a ten-key 6. If no connection is detected to the car battery, it is desirable to execute waiting at both radio communication parts 1 and 2. |
