PURPOSE:To secure desired rotational frequency for a rotor loosely fitted in a turning shaft at rotational speed of a control turning source by fitting one of the three rotors, constituting the differential motion of a differential gear mechanism, in the turning shaft with some play, making the other one rotatable with the control turning source, and relating the remaining rotor to the turning shaft in a specified relationship with a different gear train. CONSTITUTION:In this device, there are provided two sets of first and second planetary gears A, B, and this second planetary gear B is one for giving control rotation and connected to a control turning source which makes a sun gear 32 freely rotatable with a main shaft 21 as one body with a bush 31 and rotates a peripheral internal gear 35 with a worm reduction gear or the like. Then, revoluting shafts 26, 29 are made into common with the first and second planetary gears A, B, a peripheral internal gear 25 of the first planetary gear A is locked to a casing 24, and a specified shift relationship is secured in a gap with a sum gear 22 rotating as one body with the main shaft 21. Thus, desired rotational frequency of the bush 31 can be secured through rotational speed of the peripheral internal gear 35 by the control turning source.
