<p>PURPOSE:To avoid irregular plating and to manufacture a resistor having satisfactory characteristics by providing conductor lines for connecting a pair of lead wirings, respectively, and electrically plating both the lines in a state that currents of the same polarity flow in the lines. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 1 is made of a conductor resistor and a pair of lead wirings. Conductor 2 are connected to the wirings, respectively. The resistor 1 is dipped in an electrically plating solution 4, and electrolytically plated in a state that currents of the same polarity flow in the conductor line. Thus, the variations in a current density flowing in the resistor 1 is avoided to make a plating thickness uniform and to manufacture the resistor having satisfactory characteristics.</p> |
