PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of carrying out the electrical heating of a food material more safely, by placing an insulated container containing a food material pressed between the upper and the lower electrodes on the electrical contact plate on a work table, pressing down the operation lever to pass the electrical current through the food, and at the same time, thrusting a detection needle into the food material. CONSTITUTION:The insulated container 19 containing the food material A pressed between the upper electrode 22 and the lower electrode 23 used also as a gravy pan, is placed on the electrical contact plate 3 on the work table 2. The container 19 is covered with the protection cover 7 by pressing down the operation lever 11, and at the same time, the plug 9 is inserted into the socket 26 of the upper electrode 23 and the detection needle 10 is thrust accurately into the food material A. |
