PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain an arcuate coil by winding a coil with the linear part of a winding jig, pressing the completely wound coil to the spiral arcuate part of the jig to bent it, and then adhering and curing it. CONSTITUTION:A heat shrinkable resin tube 6 made of insulator is inserted into the linear part 5b of a winding jig 5, and shrinked by heating it. Thereafter, a coil 2 is wound in multilayers at rough pitch on the outer periphery of the tube 6. Subsequently, the coil 2 is pressed together with the tube 6 to the spiral arcuate part 5a of the jig 5. This pressing work can be facilitated since the coil 2 is wound at the rough pitch. Alcohol is coated on the coil 2 in this state, and the coils 2 are bonded and cured. Thereafter, the coils 2 are removed at each tube 6 from the jig 5, and externally engaged on a core 1 which is separately prepared. |
