PURPOSE:To enable continuous production of a tasty processed food, by processing a food ingredient fed through the top and bottom salt water-containing conductive materials to an electrical insulating container with both top and bottom faces open by electricity application while pressing it with a cylinder device automatically so that it is uniformly sterilized under heating. CONSTITUTION:The food ingredient A is fed between the top and the bottom salt water-containing conductive materials 20 and 21 on the electrode material 3 attached to the electrical insulating base 2, the electrical insulating container 19 with both top and bottom faces open whose bottom side is housed in the electrically conductive receiver 22 for juice is set, and, at the upper position of the container 19 the cylinder device 5 movable vertically along the supporting column 4 standing on the base 2 is equipped. The piston rod 9 of the device 5 is provided with the temperature detector 16 to be inserted into the food ingredient A which is fed during lowering of the device 5 and with the electrode material 15 to process the food ingredient by electricity application while pressing the ingredient A. The food ingredient is uniformly sterilized under heating without making juice flow out to the periphery or causing expansion and bursting of the food ingredient during processing, and a tasty electrically processed food is prepared continuously and efficiently. |
