PURPOSE:To enable to start and stop a motor in a short interval by integrally molding a stator core, a coil end and a starting switch unit. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel cylinder 3 is inserted to the inner periphery of a stator 1 made of a stator core 2 and a stator coil. The outer periphery of the core 2 and the periphery of a coil end 5 are enclosed with a resin molding member 4 made of unsaturated polyester resin. A clamping bolt 10 is screwed to a threaded metal 11 buried in the end of the resin molding member 5. A sheath of a positive temperature coefficient resistor 12 is connected through a metal piece 13 to the metal 11. After a current is stopped, the resistor 12 dissipates heat through the bolt 10 to be abruptly cooled. |
