PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in characteristics and to reduce the cost by forming dielectric ceramics whose main component is strontium titanate, and forming inner electrodes with copper or copper alloy. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric powder which contains strontium titanate as a main component and bismuth oxide and a reduction preventing agent are mixed. The mixture is added into an organic solvent and undergoes wet mixing. The material is molded and dried by a doctor blade method and the like. Ceramics green sheets(SG) obtained in this way are laminated, and dielectric ceramics layers 14 are obtained. A plurality of the layers 14 are laminated, and a dielectric body 12 is obtained. Metal paste is printed on both ends of the sheets SGs so that the ends are exposed alternately by screen printing method and the like. Baking is performed in an atmosphere wherein oxidation does not occur. A plurality of inner electrodes 16 are formed mainly with copper and copper alloy. The metal paste is applied on both ends of the obtained sintered body and baked so that the electrodes 16 are connected. Thus, outer electrodes 18 are obtained. When a laminated ceramics capacitor 10 is formed in this way, deterioration in characteristics can be prevented, and the cost can be reduced. |
