PURPOSE:To continuously produce the products with no intervention of an operator and at the same time to improve the quality of these products by selecting and deciding automatically a tank to store the finished products via a computer. CONSTITUTION:The tank use request data 11 is given from a transport controller 2 of a computer 1, and a tank acquiring circuit 3 decides the propriety of extension of a tank based on the present tank information as well as the stock information and the product information received from a stock data file 8 and a product information data file 9. When a new tank is acquired, this acquisition data is stored in a tank acquisition data store file 10 and the tank pointing data 12 is sent to the controller 2 via an output circuit 4. Then the tank using state data 13 is sent to a tank register circuit 5 from the controller 2 after the end of production. The circuit 5 refers to the data on the file 10 to decides the tank using state. If the tank is not used, the circuit 5 releases the unused tank and sends the data 12 to the controller 2. |
