PURPOSE:To adapt this thin wire in ferromagnetic metal for producing various elements, by promoting the holding force of the internal thin wire in ferromagnetic metal or by deforming or shifting a B-H loop by coating a surface of the thin wire in ferromagnetic metal with glass with specified structure. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a thin wire in ferromagnetic metal is covered with glass that ferromagnetic crystal grains with magnet blanbite type structure are educed. To obtain the thin wire in ferromagnetic metal, glass materials, which are melted or sufficiently softened, and metallic composition melted are simultaneously extruded or pulled out and cooled at cooling speed not less than approximate 10<2> deg.C/sec, and a thin wire that the surface of the ferromagnetic metal is covered with glass can be obtained and is thermally treated for time sufficient for educing magnet blanbite type crystallites at 600 deg.C-1000 deg.C. |
