PURPOSE:To allow self-oscillation in a short period without application of an external force by adsorbing a material mixture composed of specific dioleyl phosphate and specific oleyl alcohol on a porous membrane. CONSTITUTION:This membrane is constituted by adsorbing the dioleyl phosphate expressed by constitutional formula I and the oleyl alcohol expressed by constitutional formula II on the porous membrane. The artificial membrane which can generate the self-oscillation of a short period without application of the external force under the conditions of a salt concn. difference and DC current impression is obtd. in this way. The amt. of the oleyl alcohol to be added in the mixed lipid is specified to >=15vol.% and <=50vol.% at this time.
