<p>PURPOSE:To surely protect a pin by driving-controlling a locking means while being interlocked when a recording medium is inserted, moving a pin protective member from a first position to a second position, coupling a connecting part and a connecting pin, and operating the member in a contrary direction when the recording medium is detached. CONSTITUTION:A pin protective member 15 is freely movably provided so as to face a connecting pin 12 of a connector main body 10, and the member 15 is held at a position facing the pin 12 by first and second locking members 16a and 16b driven by a recording medium 13. Next when the recording medium 13 is inserted, the members 16a and 16b are turning-energized by the edge part of the medium 13, and engaged with the connecting pin 12 in a state where the member is interposed. When the medium 13 is detached from the connector main body 10, the member 15 moves the pin 12 in the direction of an arrow A by the energizing force of a spring member, which is not shown in a figure, the members 16a and 16b are held in the state facing the edge part of the pin 12, and the pin 12 is shielded from the outside.</p> |
