PURPOSE:To provide sufficient rigidity and abrasion resistance so as to be used free from anxiety even under high temperature service and corrosive conditions and also provide, excellent sealability by coating a sealant on the surface of a seal part of a ceramic body. CONSTITUTION:A sealant 2 is coated on both upper and lower surfaces serving as seal parts for a platelike ceramics body 1. As for the ceramics body, such material as rich in strength and tenacity is suitable, while as for the sealant, fluororesin and carbon are used. With this constitution, a cremics sealing structure is excellent in rigidity, and such a fear that this sealing structure might be flagged or buckled under high temperature or vacuum is brought to nothing. In addition, since the ceramics body 1 is material very excellent in heat resistance, anticorrosion and abrasion resistance, a stable sealing effect can be brought into full play even under high temperature service and corrosive conditions when the sealant 2 rich in anticorrosion and heat resistance as carbon is coated.
