The sheet to be coated with a mirror-surface is rolled to impart surface roughness which consists of truncated conical projections surrounded by grooves and spaced from one another by flat-top land. The ratio of the spacing to the dia. of the projections at the root ranges from 1.7-3.0. After being coated, the sheet exhibits highly- smooth and mirror-reflection surface. |
